The Power of Self Care. So often in life you can find yourself pushing so hard to keep it all together. Work, family, relationships, health and fitness and much more. Social media and busyness in general has now added another layer to the craziness of modern life. In the midst of all this it is incredibly easy to forget the importance of self-care. Most of us were never taught the skill of taking time for recovery as children. No one showed us how to recharge so that we could continue to make the best contribution in all areas of life and especially to those we really care about.
